Job Title: Windows Administrator
Experience: 4 + yrs

Location: Bangalore

Role Summary: Windows Administrator is a seasoned professional with experience in managing the windows infrastructure. Monitoring the windows infrastructure and troubleshooting the issues reported. Working on the tickets received and providing support to the customer with appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers.

• Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup and deployment

• Hands on experience and in depth knowledge on server operating systems like 2012R2 , 2016 and 2019

• Configuring and troubleshooting WSUS and windows patching related issues

• Monitoring windows servers for performance issues.

• Checking the disk space to ensure the sanity.

• Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.

• Managing user access.

• Monitoring system performance.

• Troubleshooting performance related issues.

• Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.

• User Profile management

• Patching windows servers

• Remote Desktop Services configuration and management

• Printing configuration and management

• Server management tools

• Application installation and management

• Remote File Systems (SMB)

• Troubleshooting performance issues using PerfMon and other tools

• Troubleshooting hangs and crashes in Windows
