The Role

As an Windows Administration Expert , you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Windows-based systems and services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Availability: Participation in 24x7 on-call rotations.

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) and related services.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access controls.
Ensure system security, patching, and compliance with best practices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational stability.
Act as a point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and changes.
Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to support business needs.

Who You Are

Technical and Professional Requirements
Experience: 4–6 years in Windows systems administration and infrastructure management.
Expert knowledge of:
Windows Server administration
Active Directory and related services
Preferred:
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
Understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Languages Required
Spanish
Intermediate English
Catalan
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or ITIL Foundation .
