- BS in computer or related field

- VMWare ESX\VSphere Virtualization Technologies (ESX 5.0 or greater, Virtual Center, Site Recovery Manager, P2V tools)

- Windows 2012, 2008, 2003 Server

- SUSE Linux 10, 11

- HP ProLiant ML, DL, BL Series servers

- HP Blade c7000 Enclosures

- HP Virtual Connect Enterprise Manager

- Microsoft Clustering \ Failover Manager

- Storage and Backup understanding for large enterprise solutions

- Microsoft PowerShell or VB Scripting

- Excellent research skills

- Technical documentation skills

- Working Understanding of SAN technology

- Working Understanding of MS SQL

- Working Understanding of Networking technology
