What You'll Be Doing
Cleaning windows and gutters as part of a tight-knit crew
Pressure washing residential homes
Working on ladders and outdoors in all weather
Deck painting and staining (summer months)
Solving problems on the go and taking pride in the finished result

Qualifications
No experience necessary - we provide full training.
A background in labour, construction, or maintenance is an asset but not required. What matters most is reliability and a strong work ethic.
A few requirements:
Must be comfortable working at heights up to three storeys
Full-time availability required - this role is not suitable for students
Must be able to provide a reference from a previous employer
