JOB TITLE: Window Cleaner

LOCATION: JPMorgan, 25 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London

HOURS: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri / 5 am - 2 pm

Overtime: Every 3rd Saturday, 5 am - 2 pm

PAY RATE: £17.34 PER HOUR

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM UK is on the lookout for a dedicated Static Window Cleaner to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of windows at static locations, ensuring they remain pristine and professional looking. Your work will help uphold ABM UK's high standards for facilities services, contributing positively to our clients' environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning services and additional cleaning tasks when scheduled

• Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to achieve desired results

• Ensure safety standards are upheld while performing cleaning duties

• Communicate with clients regarding cleaning schedules and any maintenance requests

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed

• Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience as a window cleaner is preferred
• Must be able to work at height

• Familiarity with cleaning techniques for glass surfaces

• Strong adherence to safety protocols while working

• Good communication skills for client interactions

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

• Physical ability to work on ladders and at heights

• Team player mentality with the ability to work autonomously

Qualifications:

SEAMA Preferred

Requirements:
• The successful candidate must undergo 5 years history check and DBS check
