Position: All Clinical Roles
Location: Various rural hospitals throughout Washington
Employment Type: Per Diem and multi-week contracts available
Pay Scale: $17.13-$77.00
Overview: We are now accepting applications for our clinical staffing pool. Pick up a few per diem shifts close to home or work a multi-week contract in a rural WA hospital! Per diem shifts and contract assignments are available in multiple departments including MedSurg (Acute Care), ICU, Emergency Department, Surgery, Obstetrics, Respiratory, Imaging, Laboratory and more! Once in the pool, you will receive specific information about available shifts or assignments in your area of specialty. We are seeking RNs, RTs and Imaging Specialists to join our dynamic team! Help us make a difference in the healthcare of our rural communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care according to the facility's position-specific job description.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
Valid license or certification in Washington State (WA is a compact nursing license state).
Minimum of 1 year of experience, 2 years preferred.
Rural access experience preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
*ACLS required for most Nursing and RT roles
Additional certifications may be required for specialty roles (TNCC, NRP, STABLE, PALS)
Complete immunization and/or immunity records and TB test within the last year.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare settings and shifts.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and assist in moving and repositioning patients
Requires bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift
Critical thinking
Must have sufficient visual acuity to read charts, monitor patient conditions, and administer medications
Manual dexterity required to operate medical equipment and perform clinical procedures
Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
