We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing (HoM) to lead brand marketing initiatives and drive overall brand growth. Based in Mumbai, this full-time leadership role focuses on building a strong, differentiated brand presence across channels while delivering measurable business impact. You will be responsible for shaping the brand narrative, leading integrated marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent communication that resonates with the target audience.
This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, where you will oversee brand positioning, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and creative to ensure alignment between brand vision and business objectives. As a key decision-maker, you will play a crucial role in scaling brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and strengthening market positioning.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive awareness and growth
• Define and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints
• Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across digital and offline channels
• Manage brand communication, storytelling, and content strategy to enhance audience engagement
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Oversee social media, influencer marketing, and content distribution strategies
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for better ROI
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles
• Strong expertise in building and scaling consumer brands
• Proven ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns
