Key Responsibilities

Utilize historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate sales forecasts. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align merchandise plans with business objectives. 

Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and interpret data, create reports, and support decision-making processes. 

Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory levels, sales performance, and other key metrics. 

Effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and international stakeholders in both English and Spanish. 

Collaborate with the Head of Travel Retail to develop and implement effective store layouts that optimize the customer shopping experience. 

Ensure that merchandise assortments align with brand guidelines and regional preferences. 

Work closely with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing displays that showcase our jewelry collections. 

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote are essential. 

Bilingual English – Spanish required. 

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. 

Ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines in a dynamic environment. 

Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset. 

Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of follow-up. 

Collaborative team player who contributes positively to group success. 

Demonstrates accountability and a well-rounded ability to manage responsibilities. 

Proven experience in merchandise planning and/or visual merchandising. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment. 

Uphold an environment that is highly focused on consistently delivering a shopping experience that will motivate the client to return. 

Able to adapt to new situations and challenges. 

Independently solve problems. 

Mentor and support others.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience. 

Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.
