White Hawk Country Club is looking for a Line/Prep Cook to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Requirements
1 year experience on Sauté, Grill, and/or Fryer (required)
Knowledge in food preparation
Positive attitude
Professional presentation
Eagerness to learn
Sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Able to stand or walk for long periods
Availability (Full Time OR Part Time)
Part-time must have availability on weekends, holidays, nights, and/or some days. Minimum availability for 3 shifts or 24 hours required.
Full-time must have open availability on weekends, holidays, nights, and/or some days.
Calm demeanor in stressful situations
Must participate in tests and evaluations without notice (Skills Test Given at Interview)
