As a part of the Global Email Marketing Team, you will be responsible for leading our WhatsApp marketing initiatives across all markets and driving strategic projects that enhance our messaging capabilities for both email and WhatsApp. 

Key Responsibilities:

• WhatsApp program coordination: Lead and coordinate WhatsApp marketing efforts across all teams and markets, ensuring consistent strategy execution and performance optimization.
• Infrastructure & reputation management: Establish and maintain robust WhatsApp infrastructure, monitor channel reputation, test new tools, and implement best practices to ensure optimal deliverability and compliance.
• Performance optimization: Drive continuous improvement of WhatsApp campaigns to maximize MQL generation and verification rates through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments.
• Special project leadership: Execute high-impact projects focused on email and WhatsApp initiatives, including global deliverability improvements, system integrations, and evaluation of new marketing technologies.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing teams, Marketing operations, Analytics, and others to ensure seamless WhatsApp campaign delivery and achievement of business objectives.
• Strategic analysis & reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on WhatsApp performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive program improvements and business growth.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience with WhatsApp and email. 
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and HubSpot marketing automations (workflows) is highly advantageous.
• High level of proficiency in English.
• Experience with deliverability, compliance, and reputation management is a plus.
