Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to present KPIs and business metrics.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights through advanced data modeling and visualization techniques.
• Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting outputs.
• Track and analyze trends, variances, and patterns to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by stakeholders
• Work closely with business units to understand reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements in data reporting and analysis.
• Train end-users on Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience as a WFM Analyst, MIS Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a call center environment. (reporting, analytics, or BI development)
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Willing to work on a night shift.
