Location: This position is authorized for both onsite and remote work in accordance with approved hybrid work arrangements.

Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer will lead the Company’s day-to-day business functions and will oversee development of all components of the operational apparatus. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient processes necessary to operate a consumer financial services business, including underwriting, loan servicing, collections, vendor management, while maintaining full compliance with applicable consumer lending laws and internal policies to support the company’s continued growth.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in consumer lending or financial operations, a strong business or finance background, and a proven ability to lead teams in a regulated and competitive environment.
Essential Duties
Oversee all aspects of business functions, including underwriting, servicing, collections, and monitoring loan portfolio performance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data accuracy.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners such as payment processors, banks, and compliance vendors.
Monitor portfolio performance and prepare operational reports for the Board.
Develop and execute the company’s strategic and financial goals.
Select, lead, train, and support staff to maintain high operational standards, strong customer service performance, and regulatory compliance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Five to ten years of progressive experience in consumer finance, financial services, or loan servicing operations.
Strong knowledge of consumer loan products, servicing systems, and regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-departmental initiatives.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with loan management systems, payment processing, and financial reporting tools.

Tribal Preference:
In accordance with applicable Tribal law and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians (PRCI) Administration provides employment preference to enrolled PRCI Tribal Members. To qualify, applicants must submit valid proof of enrollment. Tribal Members who meet the minimum qualifications will be given preference in hiring, promotion, transfer, and layoff decisions. During the interview process, PRCI Tribal Members will receive an additional 7.5 points (10% of the 75-point interview rubric). Non-PRCI Native American candidates will receive an additional 5 points (6.7% of the total points) in accordance with Indian Preference guidelines.
INDIAN PREFERENCE STATEMENT:
In compliance with 25 CFR Part 276 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Sections 701(b) and 703(i), employment preference shall be given to qualified applicants who are enrolled members of the Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians, and secondarily, to another qualified American Indian/Alaska Native Candidate.
