Wet Utilities Lead

Design & Engineering

• Lead the design and technical development of water, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation networks.
• Perform detailed hydraulic modeling for gravity systems and pressurized networks.
• Prepare high‑quality engineering drawings, design reports, and BOQs using Civil 3D/AutoCAD.

Project Delivery

• Oversee planning, tendering, and construction supervision activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.

Stakeholder & Regulatory Management

• Liaise with government authorities, utility providers, consultants, and developers.
• Ensure compliance with local standards, international best practices, and project specifications.
• Support obtaining NOCs, approvals, and permits.

Quality & Risk Management

• Conduct site assessments, technical evaluations, and design reviews.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of water-related infrastructure networks.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and leading hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, EPANET).
• Strong understanding of regional authority regulations and infrastructure standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale development or master planning projects is an advantage.
