Job Description

Das erwartet dich bei uns:
Du unterstützt das HR-Team in den Bereichen Recruiting & Personalentwicklung und bekommst einen spannenden Einblick in die HR-Welt von pilot.
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting-Team hilfst du beim personellen Ausbau unserer Fachbereiche, indem du qualifizierte Talente via LinkedIn identifizierst, selbstständig kontaktierst und dabei pilot als Arbeitgeber repräsentierst.
Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich kleinere Projekte im Bereich Recruiting und Personalentwicklung und arbeitest diese von Anfang bis Ende aus.
Du organisierst und koordinierst interne sowie externe Schulungen und Führungskräftetrainings.
Du betreust unsere quartalsweisen Onboarding-Veranstaltungen und bist für die Organisation weiterer interner Events (z.B. Girls & Boys Day, Juniorinnen-Treffen, Azubi Onboarding) zuständig.
Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter mit, indem du E-Learnings erstellst und unsere Talentschmiede betreust und optimierst.
Du unterstützt bei strategischen PE-Projekten.

Das solltest du mitbringen:
Du bist eingeschriebener Studentin und studierst im Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.

Du bringst idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich HR mit und interessierst dich neben Recruiting und Active Sourcing auch für Marketing und Werbung.

Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert, gewissenhaft und eigenverantwortlich.

Du hast Lust pilot beim Wachstum tatkräftig zu unterstützen und fühlst dich in einem schnellen und dynamischen Umfeld wohl.

Du arbeitest gerne im Team und beherrschst einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Tools.

Du kannst uns wöchentlich 20 Stunden unterstützen und bist noch mindestens 18 Monate immatrikuliert.

Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
