SO SIEHT DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH AUS::
• Bei allen Fragen zu Produkt- oder Vertragsinformationen berätst du innerhalb eines
Service-Teams unsere Kunden kompetent und freundlich am Telefon oder per E-Mail
• Die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über unser elektronisches Ticketsystem
• Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, baust neue durch telefonische Ansprache
auf und bist Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen rund um unsere Produkte

DEIN PROFIL::
• Du bist kommunikativ und möchtest Berufserfahrung sammeln
• Du verfügst über Knowhow im Umgang mit Kunden oder bist bereit, dich intensiv in das Thema einzuarbeiten
• Du möchtest neben deinem Studium zwischen 12 und 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten
