Die GEA Group mit Sitz in Düsseldorf ist ein weltweit führendes, im deutschen Aktienindex gelistetes Technologieunternehmen, das sich auf Prozesstechnik und Komponenten für anspruchsvolle Produktionsverfahren in verschiedenen Branchen spezialisiert hat. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Konzernzentrale suchen wir einen Werkstudent Risk & Internal Control Management (w/m/d).

Als Werkstudent im Bereich Risk & Internal Control Management analysierst und wertest du relevante Daten aus und wirkst aktiv mit bei der Optimierung der Prozesse und Methodik im Risikomanagement und internen Kontrollsystem. Zudem unterstützt du bei der Kommunikation mit den operativen Geschäftsbereichen.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortungen:

· Datenerhebung, -analyse und -auswertung: Du hilfst bei der Sammlung, Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen zu verschiedenen Themenstellungen und erstellst daraus Berichte und Präsentationen.

· Prozessoptimierung: Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der internen Prozesse, Verfahren im Risikomanagement mit und entwickelst Vorschläge zur Verbesserung.

· Kommunikation: Du stehst in regelmäßigem Austausch mit den operativen Geschäftsbereichen des Konzerns und unterstützt bei der internen Kommunikation zu Risikothemen.

· Projektarbeit: Je nach Bedarf und Kapazität beteiligst du dich an weiteren Projekten und Initiativen im Bereich Risikomanagement und internen Kontrollen

Your Profile / Qualifications

· Aktuelles Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge,

· Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise,

· Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe Eigeninitiative,

· Erste Erfahrungen im Risikomanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

· Vorausgesetzt werden gute Kenntnisse gängiger Office-Programme, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, idealerweise Power BI.

· Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
