Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und der Angebotserstellung
• Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendatenbank
• Vorbereitung von Verkaufsreports und Analysen für das interne Reporting
• Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden, um deren Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen zu identifizieren und zu beantworten
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst zur Koordination von Kundenterminen und -projekten

Ihr Profil:
• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Kundenservice von Vorteil
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
• Hohe Affinität zu technischen Produkten und Lösungen
• Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
