Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Manufacturing Engineering im Rahmen einer Qualitätsinitiative. Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt auf der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Testanforderungen und PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

Hauptaufgaben:

• Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen für den Produktionsbereich Operationstische

• Unterstützung bei Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Testanforderungen für bestehende Produkte

• Unterstützung bei Erstellung und Überarbeitung von PFMEAs, um potenzielle Fehlerquellen und -folgen zu identifizieren

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionspersonal, um sicherzustellen, dass die Arbeitsanweisungen und Testanforderungen umgesetzt werden

• Überwachung und Analyse von Produktionsdaten, um Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren

Anforderungen:

• Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Informatik oder eine verwandte Fachrichtung

• Erste Erfahrung in der Produktionsindustrie oder im Bereich Manufacturing Engineering wünschenswert

• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Word, Excel und PowerPoint

• Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen zu analysieren und zu strukturieren

• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Arbeitsbedingungen:

• Teilzeitstelle (20-30 Stunden pro Woche)
