Ihre Aufgaben:
• Als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Gäste, Lieferanten:innen und Kollegen:innen sorgst du zusammen mit unserem Organisationsteam für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Büroalltag
• Du unterstützt bei der Bewirtung von Gästen und achtest darauf, dass der Empfangsbereich sowie unsere Konferenzräume immer ordentlich und repräsentativ sind
• Vorbereiten, Organisieren und Überwachen der Termine von Seminaren, internen Feiern, Besprechungen und Videokonferenzen
• Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung des Postausgangs sowie bei der Bedienung der Telefonzentrale

Ihr Profil:
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent, hast ein Auge für Details und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
• Du hast ein freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachler Niveau runden dein Profil ab
