Wir suchen eine:n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) für unser Paid Social Team bei der kartenmacherei, um die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer Performance-Kampagnen zu unterstützen. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Performance Marketing Manager:innen, der Content Production und den Digital Designer:innen zusammen, um Paid Social Advertising über unsere Kanäle voranzutreiben. Diese Position ist vollständig remote innerhalb Deutschlands (100% Homeoffice).

Deine Rolle

• Unterstützung beim Setup und der Optimierung von Performance-Kampagnen über Paid Social, Display und verwandte Kanäle

• Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption von Werbemitteln, optimiert für die jeweiligen Marketing-Kanäle, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Content Production und den Digital Designer:innen

• Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Kampagnenauswertungen und Performance-Reportings für interne Teams

• Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen, Customer Journeys und sich verändernden Marktanforderungen, um eigenständig gezielte Optimierungsmaßnahmen für deine Kampagnen abzuleiten
