• Du konzipierst und moderierst Workshops, darunter teambezogene Feedback-Workshops, um unsere Führungskräfte und Teams gezielt weiterzuentwickeln.
• Die Organisation und Durchführung unserer HR-Events, wie z.B. Diversity Day, Gesundheitstag oder Sommerfest, liegt in deiner Hand.
• Du entwickelst innovative digitale Weiterbildungsformate und führst Schulungen zu relevanten Digitalisierungsthemen durch.
• Im engen Austausch mit den Fachabteilungen übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche Auswahl und Einstellung unserer Ferienbeschäftigten und Werkstudierenden.
• Du unterstützt unser HR-Team tatkräftig im operativen Tagesgeschäft.

• Du studierst Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften bzw. ein vergleichbares Studium.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office ist für dich selbstverständlich; idealerweise bringst du gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) mit.
• Als eigenverantwortliche und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit zeigst du hohe Einsatzbereitschaft. Du integrierst dich schnell in unser Team und bereicherst uns mit frischen, kreativen Ideen.
• Du bist offen für eine Kombination aus Büropräsenz und mobilem Arbeiten.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
