Über die Rolle

Als Working Student im Event Management unterstützt du unser B2B Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung unserer Veranstaltungen.

Du strukturierst Prozesse, koordinierst Partner und sorgst dafür, dass aus guter Planung ein rundes Event wird.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du recherchierst Locations, Catering, Speaker, Partner und Dienstleister, holst Angebote ein und vergleichst sie strukturiert.

• Du erstellst und pflegst Teilnehmerlisten, Ablaufpläne, Timelines und Checklisten und stellst sicher, dass nichts übersehen wird.

• Du bereitest Einladungen, Follow-ups und Reminder vor und koordinierst Materialien sowie externe Partner.

• Du unterstützt beim Budgettracking, pflegst Kostenübersichten und bearbeitest interne Purchase Tickets.

• Du hilfst beim Auf- und Abbau vor Ort, unterstützt im Gästemanagement und strukturierst Feedback sowie visuelle Materialien im Nachgang.
