• Data Analysis: Aufbereitung und Auswertung operativer Kennzahlen
• Reportings & Automation: Erstellung von Leistungsberichten und Unterstützung bei der Prozessautomatisierung
• Übernahme operativer Themen sowie die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Dienstleistern
• Unterstützung im Qualitätsmanagement
• Administrative Verwaltung der Systemzugänge für externe Mitarbeiter

• Laufendes Studium, beispielsweise im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang 
• Erste praktische Erfahrung in einem kundenorientierten Unternehmen oder im Bereich Kundenservice wünschenswert
• Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, analytische Denkweise und IT-Affinität
• Freude an Teamarbeit und detaillierten Analysen
• Hohe Motivation und eine schnelle und genaue Arbeitsweise
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
• Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
