Job Description

• Kommunikation mit Kund*innen über Telefon und E-Mail
• Entgegennahme sowie tagesaktuelle Erfassung und Abwicklung aller Aufträge in den EDV-Systemen
• Aufbereitung und Strukturierung komplexer Aufträge für einen reibungslosen Weiterverarbeitungsprozess
• Überwachung der termingerechten Auslieferung sowie proaktive und transparente Kommunikation bei Terminabweichungen

Requirements:
• Du bist als Student*in (m/w/x) an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert
• Du verfügst über ein sicheres Gespür für den präzisen und wertschätzenden Umgang mit Kund*innen
• Die Tätigkeit erfolgt ausschließlich vor Ort; mobiles Arbeiten ist nicht vorgesehen
• Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Aufgaben und Abläufe ein
• Du zeichnest dich durch Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst dich aktiv ein
