• Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Mitarbeit in spannenden Projekten
• Pflege von Stammdaten
• Mitgestaltung und Organisation beim Onboarding für neue Auszubildende
• Erstellung von Ausbildungsverträgen und Anlagen
• Mitarbeiterkorrespondenz und Pflege der elektr. Personalakten
• Teilnahme und Mitwirkung bei Bewerbertagen

• Immatrikulation im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Rechtswissenschaften
• Interesse und Leidenschaft für den Bereich Personal/Ausbildung
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Sorgfältigkeit
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
• Erste Erfahrungen im SAP/HCM wünschenswert

Die studentische Tätigkeit umfasst ca. 15 Stunden pro Woche und soll schnellstmöglich beginnen.

Im Idealfall streben wir eine Beschäftigung für die Dauer von 2 Jahren an.

Die Arbeitstage können Sie in Absprache mit der Fachabteilung individuell festlegen. Die Tätigkeit erfordert teilweise die Anwesenheit vor Ort.
