Job Description

Deine Aufgaben:
• Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Teilnahme und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen mit Investoren, Planern und Baufirmen und protokollierst die Ergebnisse.
• Du erstellst Präsentationen, Vorlagen und Statustabellen.
• Du fertigst Auftragsschreiben sowie Anschreiben an und pflegst die interne Auftragsdokumentation.
• Du arbeitest unseren Projektleitern nach Bedarf zu und unterstützt bei der Datenablage sowie der Fotodokumentation im Projekt.
• Du prüfst Revisionsunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Inhalte.
• Du wirkst bei Digitalisierungsprojekten mit z.B. zur Pflege unserer Hotelstammdaten
• Bei zeitlicher Verfügbarkeit und nach Möglichkeit begleitest Du uns zu Baustellenbesuchen.

Das bringst du mit:
• Studium: Du bist eingeschriebene/r StudentIn (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
• IT-Kenntnisse: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und bringst eine allgemeine IT-Affinität mit.
• Interessen: Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Immobilienentwicklung, Projektmanagement, Hotellerie und bautechnischen Abläufen
• Sprachen: Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Soft Skills: Eine eigenständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus. Du bist lernbereit, teamfähig und hast Lust, Dich langfristig in einem wachsenden Unternehmen einzubringen.
