En Sutherland estamos buscando estudiantes de psicología, trabajo social, o carreras afines, disponibles para realizar su práctica profesional y que estén interesados en vincularse con nuestra área de bienestar. Lo que estarás haciendo

• Apoyo la creación y desarrollo de actividades de Bienestar laboral

• Diseño de comunicaciones de las actividades y promoción de campañas de Bienestar 

• Logística en convocatorias para desarrollar actividades de Bienestar 

• Soporte técnico y logistico de los talleres para lideres

• Apoyo en reportes periódicos

Lo que buscamos

• Estudiante de Trabajo social, psicologia, o carreras afines a humanidades

• Persona autonoma, comunicativa y con iniciativa

• Manejo de programas de diseño (Enfasis en Canva)

• Creatividad y espontaneidad

• Disponibilidad horaria de lunes a viernes de 8:00AM a 5:00PM

Tutoría directa de la Wellness Coach de Colombia, psicóloga licenciada, que ofrece orientación profesional sobre estrategias de bienestar y comportamiento basadas en la evidencia, así como sobre salud mental en el lugar de trabajo.
