Wellbeing Team Manager - Safe Haven
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £33,050 + unsocial pay
Contract: Permanent
Base: Oxford and Banbury

Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues, and the needs of people living with mental health problems
Knowledge and application of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults
Experience of providing leadership and/or management
Experience of external networking and internal collaboration with colleagues for the benefit of service provision.
Experience of managing risk
Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong professional relationships
Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others
Able to work well as part of a team and on an individual basis
Effective organisational, planning, administrative and IT skills
Knowledge/Understanding of our values
