What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

Drive refinancing portfolio growth through effective channel sales strategies, focusing on sustainable volume, quality, and customer retention.

Lead and manage telesales teams across Hong Kong and China, setting clear targets and ensuring consistent sales performance.

Provide structured sales training, ongoing coaching, and performance management to build a high‑performing and compliant sales team.

Monitor sales productivity, conversion, and portfolio performance, using data insights to optimize channel effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to sales governance, conduct standards, and regulatory requirements across all sales activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Credit, Risk, Operations, Marketing) to support end‑to‑end sales initiatives.

Lead a team of telesales to solicit new business opportunities in loans

Monitor and manage the risk profile of the team loan portfolio

Maintain good rapport with existing customers in order to explore new business opportunities

Review the customer portfolio as assigned on a regular basis to refine business strategies and directions

Require travelling to China office for coaching and training purpose

What is required and what we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.

5+ years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales (ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services).

Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex partnership deals.

Strong analytical skills—able to assess opportunities, build business cases, and track sales/loan metrics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable navigating matrix organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Risk, Legal, Ops).

Highly proactive self-starter with strong commercial instincts.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
