We are seeking a Welding Fabrication Supervisor معلم تلحيم for our reputable company in Congo, DRC, Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Provide technical advice to customers & handle complaints professionally

•    Train & evaluate technicians, maintain tools & enforce company policies

•    Assign tasks to technicians, monitor progress & maintain workflow

•    Diagnose breakdowns, prepare repair plans & cost estimates

•    Inspect repaired vehicles for quality before delivery

Key Qualifications:

•    Knowledge of different metals & alloys used in canopy construction

•    Knowledge of Safety regulations & risk prevention

•    10+ Years of Experience in welding fabrication

•    Degree in Welding Technology or similar

•    Basic French or English

We are Offering:

•    Medical Insurance + Transportation

•    Salary around $2,200 – 2,700

•    Accommodation + Ticket + Visa

•    One month paid leave
