Integrity is actively recruiting an experienced Welder to join our expanding team!
As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding a variety of plastic injection molds and components, as well as completing outsourcing, incoming and outgoing welds, and completing stress relief. The majority of welding done in this role will be laser welding.
The Welder will report directly to the Plant Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Stress relief of blocks
Welding molds and components
Determine best weld processes for ECs and/or new builds and be able to communicate risks
Proficient operation of the laser welder
Train team members in welding processes as directed
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience welding plastic injection molds
Laser welding experience an asset
Ability to follow line up and learn company procedures
Strong work ethic
Good communication and organizational skills
Strong ability to use computer, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite
