RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with Leadership to insure daily and project related needs are met safely and efficiently by assisting with various tasks.

Ability to be trained to safely and efficiently operate all fabrication shop equipment such as drill presses, saws, and forklifts.

Ability to take direction and effectively communicate with supervisors based on project needs.

Ability to think creatively and apply results to safely and efficiently complete tasks.

Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules.

Maintain work area in clean and tidy manner.

Other duties as assigned.

Fabrication Expectations

Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repair or transportation.

Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when moving equipment and completing jobs.

Capability of cutting wood, aluminum, and steel

Good communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills.

Must be able to work well in a team environment.

Welding Needs

Aluminum/Steel welding experience a MUST

Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals

Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment

Produce strong, clean welds

1+ years of professional welding experience preferred

Working knowledge of industry tool and equipment
