Welder/Fabricator

We specialize in commercial and residential projects, ranging from standard chain link gate frames to fully customized estate entry gates with laser‑cut details. We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to support the fabrication of high-quality metal products.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to fabricate accurate metal components.

Perform MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding on steel and aluminum to a high standard of quality.

Fabricate products ranging from basic gate frames to complex custom and decorative designs.

Operate fabrication equipment, including iron workers, roll benders, plasma cutters, and saws.

Coordinate with the in-house powder coating team to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish.

Support on-site fabrication needs in collaboration with installation crews.

Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and measurements.

Maintain a safe, organized workspace in accordance with all safety standards.

Basic Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in welding and fabrication in a shop or field setting.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience welding aluminum.

Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for layout and measurement.

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
