Job Title: Welcome Specialist (Front Desk)
Position Summary:
The Welcome Specialist is the first point of contact for our swim families and is responsible for creating a safe, organized, and welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and manage the check-in process
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lobby and dry areas
Assist families with registration, account questions, and the Parent Portal
Answer questions about programs, policies, and scheduling
Support deck staff and overall daily operations as needed
Complete end-of-shift reports and cleaning tasks
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Schedule:
Part-time; evenings and weekends required
