This unique opportunity is situated within the brand-new viewing platform, on the 58th Floor of one of the most iconic buildings in London…We are on the lookout for a Welcome Hosts to join our brand-new team who will open the space!
The successful Welcome Host will be passionate about providing impeccable service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. The friendly welcome from our team establishes the first impressions that our visitors have of the viewing platform. So, the Welcome Host will need to find the perfect balance between the speed of the service needed to ensure the vast number of expected visitors are dealt with in a timely manner. And providing an exceptional quality of the service, to go along with the exceptional views!
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, shifts from 9:30am-6pm 5 days out of 7 days on rotation. Covering a 7-day operation and including Bank Holidays.  
Salary: £29,233 per annum
We are looking for candidates who stand out from the crowd with the very best customer service skills, to help maintain the expected 5* standards when interacting with the public. Excellent personal presentation with a genuine smile goes a long way in customer service, so we will be expecting someone who enjoys engaging in conversation and easily develops rapport with others.
The Welcome Hosts will spend a lot of time on their feet, so if you can’t stand the thought of being trapped behind a computer screen, this is the job for you!
