About you:

 What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

Drive key business KPIs, such as deposit growth, payment volume, and card activation rates, to meet and exceed targets.

Develop and launch innovative marketing campaigns from end-to-end, including drafting compelling campaign Terms & Conditions.

Own customer communication strategy; you will be the voice of our products, writing engaging promotional emails, push notifications, and other marketing copy to drive customer engagement and product adoption.

Conduct market intelligence and research on the competitive landscape to formulate and execute effective growth strategies.

Build business cases for new initiatives, performing calculations and analysis to project impact and ROI.

Handle and analyze data for tracking key performance metrics, providing insights to inform future product and marketing decisions.

Continuously brainstorm and pitch new, out-of-the-box ideas to keep our product offerings fresh and exciting for our customers.

 

What is required and what we’re looking for:

A university degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

4-5 years of hands-on working experience in product management or product marketing, specifically within a retail banking environment.

Excellent proficiency in professional writing in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English.

Demonstrated proficiency or strong interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and data analysis at work.

Proven experience in managing campaigns, writing customer-facing communications, and handling promotional activities.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with experience in tracking metrics and calculating business cases.

A creative mindset with the ability to generate new and engaging ideas.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of digital retail banking products (deposits, payments, cards) and the local regulatory framework.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

You should be a self-motivated team player with a great sense of ownership and a collaborative approach.
