About You:

You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

Develop and enhance our product suite, from developing loan products to digital delivery with a focus on contextual, intelligent provision

End to end ownership of workstreams, from customer research, ideation, product development/planning to executing and managing your products

Work with the team in strategic development, ongoing refinement, and refinement of product roadmap

Conduct analysis on business performance and evaluate programs’ effectiveness to ensure that initiatives are measurable and reportable

Make use of data to initiate and justify business decisions

What is required and what we’re looking for:

Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines

Minimum 5 years relevant experience; Product management experience gained from personal lending business, banking/credit card business will be a plus

Demonstrated analytical experience and sound business judgment; Comfortable with data and numbers

Excellent communication skills with an ability to distil complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

Entrepreneurial self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Spoken and written fluency in English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience may be considered for Associate Product Manager
