What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

Drive business KPI e.g. customer acquisition and AUM conversion

Promote the services via user communication and engagement via digital communications, seminar and marketing campaigns.

Build data and customer-centric wealth solution by product innovation, new technology application and engineer the robo advisory platform

Conduct market research on the competitive landscape and formulate growth strategies

Perform product management duties such as fund manager selection, product assessment and product risk assignment

Assist in establishing the tech/operational infrastructure

What is required and what we’re looking for:

University degree or above

Minimum 3 years of working experience in wealth management, asset management or banking industry

Strong knowledge of investments, asset allocation and fund manager research

Sensitive to investment market dynamics

Excellent numerical analytical skill

Good understanding of Hong Kong wealth/investment regulatory framework

Sound knowledge of digital retail banking products and operations

Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise and deliver high quality work

Self-motivated. Should have a collaborative approach and be a team player with great sense of ownership
