About you:

 What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

Manage enhancement initiatives and projects for bank App to meet business and customer needs

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business and risk parties, to craft requirements and storyboards (if necessary) that serves the needs

Collaborate with Tech team to devise best and efficient tech solutions that are aligned with business priorities

Define, coordinate and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) from defining user acceptance criteria to performing UAT.

Own documentation and communication of requirements between tech and business teams

Create storyboards to visualize user interactions and workflows for clear understanding

Support continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process enhancements

Partner with PMs/Tech Leads to align project scope, timelines, and deliverables with business objectives

What is required and what we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in banking or financial services

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technology teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Experience in defining clear requirements, user acceptance criteria, and managing end-to-end UAT processes

Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management, and software development life cycle

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications

Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach and customer-centric focus

Fluency in English and Chinese
