 What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

Lead end-to-end delivery of payment and FX initiatives, transforming ideas into production-ready solutions—from requirement definition through testing and launch.

Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation including user stories that enable efficient development and delivery.

Own the testing lifecycle, including test strategy, test case preparation, coordination of UAT and Live verification, and defect tracking to ensure high-quality releases.

Drive payment and FX project execution, including domestic payments, cross-border flows, and FX-enabled journeys, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure well-governed, regulatory-compliant delivery of all initiatives.

Support the team with project governance, documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks, ensuring proper tracking, audit readiness, and operational discipline.

Demonstrate flexibility to contribute across deposit, payment, card, and FX product initiatives and day-to-day operation as business needs evolve.

What is required and what we’re looking for:

A university degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

2–5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, preferably in payments, FX, or transaction banking.

Strong understanding of payment systems and flows, including SWIFT, real-time payments (e.g., FPS), and cross-border transactions.

Solid knowledge of FX fundamentals, including transaction lifecycle, pricing concepts, and integration with payment journeys.

Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and test case preparation.

Proven experience in SIT/UAT coordination, defect management, and delivery lifecycle execution.

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.

Good awareness of regulatory and control requirements in payments and FX is an advantage.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and execution-focused mindset
