About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:
Provide first line Service Desk support to end users so that they can perform critical business functions
Manage all service requests with the help of the ITSM Tool employed by the bank
Develop scripts and programs to automate system-related operations
Plan and perform system configurations, backup, maintenance and patching activities
Monitor system performance, perform system tuning and troubleshooting
Handle IT Service Desk tasks, such as users on/off boarding, meeting support, walk-in cases / requests, troubleshooting on various IT related issues and incidents
Provide remote assistance to user and solve problems remotely
Proactively perform technology solution study and evaluation to improve system stability, efficiency and manageability
Manage hardware and software inventory with the help of the ITSM Tool
Perform ad-hoc task and project as assigned by supervisor
What is required and what we’re looking for:
Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or Computer related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
Knowledge with ITIL and hands on experience with ITSM Tool
Familiar with Windows, Linux, Mac, VMWare, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 and public cloud platforms, remote supporting tools
General knowledge in networking, virtualization, IT security, cloud, system monitoring, firewall, IP phone and VPN
Excellent scripting skills
Knowledge of general Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS SharePoint
Good work ethics and can work independently
Fluent Cantonese and English
Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senor Associate
