What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

Collaborate with key business units (Retail Banking, Time Deposit Unit, Loan Business Unit, Wealth Management, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing) to gather data requirements and understand their daily challenges.  

Assist in identifying and documenting business pain points, working alongside the management team to develop analytics, AI, and machine learning use cases. 

Support the execution of data initiatives that align with WeLab Bank's strategy, helping to enable seamless, digital, and personalized customer experiences. 

Work closely with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams to ensure analytics outputs are accurate, interpretable, and successfully integrated into daily business operations. 

Perform deep-dive data analysis and build clear, engaging dashboards and reports. 

Help translate complex data findings into clear business narratives that support decision-making. 

Present data findings and actionable recommendations to business unit stakeholders and assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership. 

Champion data-driven decision-making within everyday business operations and support the adoption of advanced analytics across the bank. 

What is required and what we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 

3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or banking, preferably within a digital bank, fintech, or similar institution. 

Solid understanding of financial services and banking products, with a strong eagerness to deepen your business acumen and learn about digital transformation.

Strong communication and data visualization skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical data concepts to non-technical team members. 

Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio) for data analysis and dashboard creation. 

Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Python/R for data analysis is highly preferred.
