About You

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

Review and assess the financial status of customer, including their credit reports and investment profiles, to recommend approval decisions for premium financing applications.

Process and approve credit applications in accordance with the company’s credit policies, underwriting standards, and risk appetite for the premium financing portfolio.

Manage and monitor the premium financing loan portfolio to ensure high credit quality and full compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Perform enhanced due diligence and verification to detect and prevent potential fraud in applications.

Collaborate with the business development and wealth management teams to provide insights and analysis aimed at optimizing credit processes and supporting business growth in the premium financing segment.

What is required and what we’re looking for

Higher Diploma or above in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in credit approval, preferably focused on affluent or high-net-worth customer segments. Direct experience with premium financing or other wealth management-related credit products is a significant advantage.

A proven track record of holding a personal credit approval authority (discretionary lending limit) is required.

Possesses a strong analytical mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A self-motivated individual who is also a dedicated team player.

Candidates with less experience but relevant exposure may be considered for the role of Assistant Manager.
