About the role:

Join K Health as we partner with the nations top rated hospital systems to close care gaps and expanding access to care by launching completely Virtual Comprehensive Care Clinics. We are looking for full-time Physicians who will deliver fully remote text and video based, on demand care encompassing acute care. The ideal candidate has a state license in MA, IMLC preferred. You will be responsible for providing extended and after hours care to our patients. You must be a board certified in Family or Internal Medicine, comfortable treating pediatrics and behavioral health patients. Work from the comfort of your own home and provide care to those who need it the most, backed by K Health's cutting edge Clinical AI Platform. Our virtual clinics are fully supported 24/7 by a dedicated team of Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff helping to greatly reduce your administrative burden.

What you'll be doing:

• Work regular weekend day shifts (7a-7p Sat & Sun, +1 weekday)

• Provide text-based and video-based, comprehensive clinical care that encompasses Acute Care

• Treat patients on demand within an acute care virtual setting

• Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs

• Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate

• Drive high quality care with a focus on patient outcomes

• Elevate remote care; provide compassionate and meaningful care

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of post-residency work experience

• Active MA state medical license, IMLC preferred

• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine

• Must be currently enrolled, or eligible for enrollment, as a Medicare provider

• Acute care experience

• Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have telemedicine experience

• Clean background and medical malpractice history

• Willing to work weekend hours, 36 per week, (7a-7p Sat & Sun, +1 weekday)

Compensation:
$250,000—$312,000 USD

We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
