Weekend Nurse (LVN or RN) – Behavioral Health | Denton, TX

Location: Denton, TX (On-site)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday

Shifts Available:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay:

• LVN: $27.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)
• RN: $40.00/hour

Overview

A structured adolescent behavioral health residential treatment center in Denton is hiring LVNs and RNs for consistent weekend coverage.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking reliable weekend income in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Support behavioral stabilization and daily patient care
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor patient safety and respond to behavioral changes

Required:

• Active Texas LVN or RN license
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekend schedule
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred:

• Behavioral health or psychiatric experience
• Experience with adolescent patients
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
