We believe the world’s fastest driver hasn’t raced…yet.

FAT Karting League’s mission is to achieve mass participation in motorsport by radically reducing the barriers to entry.

We run karting events across California throughout the year to cater for drivers with different levels of experience, that creates a pathway from age 6-17.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working people - with a passion for motorsport - to join our weekend staff crew for 2025. If you don't feel you have the skills listed for the advertised roles, and want to develop a career in motorsport, we would still like to hear from you.

The roles we need to fill will involve working Friday to Sunday and potentially travelling to different karting circuits around California.
