Position: Part Time Weekend Concierge
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities:
Be the welcoming face of our community by greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing valuable information.
Assist with tours and help potential residents learn about life at Sterling Court.
Support staff and directors with clerical tasks, special projects, and more.
Stay organized and maintain office systems, from mail distribution to maintaining resident and employee records.
Coordinate and manage guest meal reservations, transportation logs, and assist with billing as needed.
Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and visitors.
Requirements:
Must pass drug screen and background check.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to operate office software.
Flexibility and adaptability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be 18 or older and capable of maintaining a calm, positive attitude in fast-paced situations.
First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
