Joanna's Nannies is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Weekend Admin Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in Colorado. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage scheduling, including bookings, updates, and adjustments
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and nannies
Review schedules to ensure accuracy and proper coverage
Handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
Provide general administrative support as needed
Collaborate with the team on occasional special projects
