ABOUT THE ROLE
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for wedding and social event packages
• Customize event packages and solutions to meet diverse client needs while maximizing profitability
• Collaborate with event planning, operations, and vendor management teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine sales positioning
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
• Minimum 4-5 years of sales management experience, with at least 2 years in the wedding and social event industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
