We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Create and implement sales in operational activities for Wedding, MICE and events business
• Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities, especially Chinese markets
• Proactively sell the hotels’ event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue into the event, restaurant, and bar areas
• Plan, lead and execute all Chinese MICE & Wedding events, ensuring all operational processes and procedures are adhered to
• Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events
• Establish business and market share for Wedding, MICE and special events business
• Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies

Requirements:
• Indonesian Citizen only
• Fluent in Mandarin, with certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry; especially in handling Chinese wedding, event and catering
• Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
• A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
• Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English communication in both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
